Do you know how your children should carry their backpacks?
Keep the bottom of the backpack 5-7 cm from the waist.
The weight of the backpack should not exceed 15% of the child's weight. If the child weighs 35 kg, the backpack should weigh at most 5 kg.
It should not be an extremely large backpack
Always positioned between the two men, never hanging only on one of them.
Try to avoid wheeled backpacks, they always carry the weight on one arm and with an unnatural posture.
The weight of the backpack should not exceed 15% of the child's weight. If the child weighs 35 kg, the backpack should weigh at most 5 kg.
That the load of the backpack is always balanced, do not put all the weight on the left or right side and the other with little weight.
Better backpacks with pockets one in front of the other, when there are side pockets the weight will never be balanced.
