Yo empecé a acudir hace tres meses por problemas de espalda que me impedían bastante realizar actividad normal.  Tenía un punto gatillo desde hace años a la mitad de un costado de la espalda y ya no está.  También pasé a dormir mejor y pude volver a hacer ejercicio sin complicaciones, cosa que hacía años que no podía. Además los ajustes no son ni intrusivos ni agresivos.
