As many people find themselves spending more time sitting behind a screen or standing for hours at a time without interruption, paying attention to their posture is more important than ever.
If you've never thought too much about whether sitting or standing upright, posture is hurting your health, you may want to start before you find yourself in a bad mood.

In a 2015 article, researchers concluded that when faced with a high stress situation, study participants with good posture maintained higher self-esteem and mood.
While those with poor posture experienced greater stress and used negative words to describe their experience.
