Herniated Disc and Chiropractic Care

My name is Eric, I’m 45 years old, and I live in Granollers. I’d like to tell you how I was able to improve my quality of life. About 15 years ago, when I was living in France, I started seeing a chiropractor on an as-needed basis—whenever I had back pain—and it helped relieve my pain. Then I moved to Spain in 2002, and through a friend I learned about the Mataró Chiropractic Center; my friend invited me to go with him.
In 2004, I was diagnosed with two herniated discs I was already suffering from chronic back pain. The orthopedic surgeon immediately suggested I have surgery. My life was affected by the back pain, which made me irritable and left me with very little desire to walk. At work and in my personal life, the pain limited my ability to do activities that required physical effort.
But since I went to the chiropractor, I started to notice big changes. I'm back to normal, on a much more positive level, I get more excited when I do things, I do them with more energy, in short: I'm more optimistic!.
I've recommended it to lots of people—friends, family, and acquaintances—so that we can all enjoy better, natural health without pills or medications that only affect our entire bodies. I highly recommend it to everyone!!!
