Lower Back Pain in Mataró
MY QUALITY OF LIFE IS INCREASING 
My name is Antoni, I’m 58 years old, and I live in Premià de Mar. I’ve been coming to Dr. Marc’s office for almost three months now, and I’d like to tell you about my experience with chiropractic care. My wife and I saw an ad in the newspaper; it caught our interest, so we decided to come in and find out more.
We came to a health class, and the very next day we were already having our first appointment! When I started chiropractic care, I was looking to improve my overall health, and specifically to relieve lower back pain.
I already did recovery exercises for it with a satisfactory result, but I stopped exercising and went to an osteopath for a year, without any result. In some punctual moments (in acute crises) I have used anti-inflammatory drugs.
My life is different now. I have not had a spectacular recovery, but I am better, also due, I think, to my retirement. I take better care of myself, I avoid stress, I eat better than before, and I try to see things more positively.
As Marc explained to us in class, there are three types of stress—chemical, emotional, and physical—so all the changes I’m making in my life are helping me optimize my health! I’m glad we discovered chiropractic care; my wife and I always come to our adjustments feeling very happy!
