Hi, my name is Teresa. I'm 70 years old and I live in Mataró. I found out about the chiropractic center through my son. He told me he had started going there and that it seemed to be working really well for him, so we talked about how it might work well for me, too.
So I decided to give it a try, too, and I've been adjusting to it for over 6 years now. Before coming to the center, I had severe neck pain In my neck, my back was aching and I My knees hurt quite a bit. I had surgery for one of them, but even that didn't solve the problem. I just noticed that the pain was getting worse and worse.
The doctors took X-rays of me and prescribed quite a bit of medication, but even though I'm not really a fan of taking pills, I had to take the occasional painkiller. The truth is, I couldn't handle myself. When I had to do housework, it was a nightmare, but I still had to do it…
Now that I'm seeing a chiropractor, I feel better—I'm in a better mood. When I first started, I noticed that my body began to function differently, and now, even though I'm getting older, I feel great. I recommend that everyone try chiropractic care to to be in excellent health and I've come to realize over time that it's best to take care of yourself before things go any further.
