“FIRST OPTION: Chiropractic Care”
Although conventional medicine and chiropractors are always at odds with one another, the *Journal of the American Medical Association* now recommends Chiropractic care as the first option for treating back pain.

The recommendation from the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) is based on a recent study published in the medical journal *The Spine*. The study found that people suffering from lower back pain who received chiropractic care .
All participants received conventional (AMC) or allopathic medical care, and half of them also received chiropractic care.
The researchers found that among patients receiving more chiropractic care as part of their AMC treatment, the 73% reported that his pain had gone away completely.
Meanwhile, among those receiving AMC treatment, compared with those receiving only the 17% showed improvement.
