Did you know that palm reading can help you attract the life you want? Learn how to align your vibrations to improve your natural and emotional well-being.
Attract the Life You Want
I attract into my life whatever I pay attention to, I channel my energy into whatever I focus on, whether it's positive or negative.
Do you get back what you give?… Depending on the nature of the vibration we emit, we will receive more of the same. Vibrations arise through our thoughts and words.
The attraction isn't necessarily intentional. The very way things are observed already conveys a vibration. Opening your wallet and seeing that there's no money inside gives off a vibe of lack or fear. In other words, if you like what you see, celebrate it—because your celebration will cause that effect to come back to you.
And if you don’t like it, downplay it. It’s better to focus on the positive. But we tend to talk about what we don’t like (“I don’t want to be late, don’t worry, don’t get upset”); this way, we focus our attention on the things we don’t want and give off a negative vibe. Every time you use such expressions, ask yourself: “If that’s what I don’t want, then what is it that I do want?”.
- We need to be more careful with our words, because they shape our thoughts which, in turn, give rise to positive or negative feelings. Positive emotions should be the dominant influence on our minds.
When you want something and don't get it, does that make you feel frustrated?… Frustration stems from doubt, you have a desire and hope that it will come true. You have to keep in mind what you want, focus on it, and eliminate doubt from the equation. If, for example, you want to be in a healthy relationship, analyze what you tell yourself: “It’s very difficult—I don’t have one because I work too much…”.
All of that is limiting beliefs which we are sometimes unable to perceive. To know whether we are emitting negative or positive vibrations, we need only look at the results we are getting in that area of our lives, because they reflect our vibration.
A vicious cycle… Break the cycle, identify what makes you feel good, and focus on that; but repeating your desire or using affirmations is no guarantee of anything. An affirmation is a statement expressed in the present tense and used to assert a desire, for example: “I have a happy, slender body.”.
Every time you say that affirmation, you’ll react based on how your words make you feel, and the law of attraction will respond to what you feel. In other words, a positive affirmation can have a negative vibration. You need to rephrase your affirmations so that they make you feel good; so, it’s better to say, “I am in the process of having a happy body,” if that feels more true to you.
It’s not enough for your desire to be intense; it will only manifest once your resistance disappears. The most common source of doubt is limiting beliefs—that is, a negative thought that keeps popping into your mind, sometimes without you even realizing it.
You need to identify those limiting beliefs, and I’ll give you a hint: they usually follow the phrase “I can’t because….” Well, start by asking yourself if there’s anyone right now who’s doing what you want to do or has what you want to have. For example: “I’d like to start my own business, but I can’t because it’s difficult once you turn 60.”.
Ask yourself: “How many people have done it?… There are millions of brand-new business owners in their sixties, so celebrate the evidence of the test—and celebrate again when you have some evidence that the Law of Attraction works.
Appreciation and gratitude help us amplify our positive vibrations. It is important to cultivate the ground of our daily lives. Any tips?… Mentally plan what you’re going to do during the day and approach it with a positive attitude; this way, you’ll become a deliberate and conscious source of your own vibrations. And please, teach this to your children, so they realize that saying what they want instead of what they don’t want makes them feel better. Through play, teach them to replace “don’t do this, don’t be that, and don’t…” with the secret question: “So, what do I want?”.
The gap between your vibration and that of another person (partner, child, or boss) is equal to the amount of resistance—that is, negativity—you feel toward that person.
