The study
shows that children who grow up receiving chiropractic care are less likely to contract infectious diseases such as ear infections and tonsillitis, and that their immune systems are stronger and better equipped to fight off allergens such as pollen, weeds, etc. compared to children who grow up receiving conventional medical treatment. There's also a good A decrease in the use of antibiotic treatments among children receiving “chiropractic care” suggests that they have a lower susceptibility to bacterial infections as a result of a healthy immune system response.. In addition, the chiropractors who provided additional comments noted that children receiving chiropractic care who were suffering from illnesses or other injuries recovered more quickly than their peers receiving conventional medical treatment.
While children treated with conventional medicine showed a lower susceptibility to childhood illnesses compared to those under “chiropractic” care, the average of 94.4% among children treated with vaccines in the first group was the reason for their low incidence of measles. The comments made by the chiropractors on this matter were that even though the children they treated exhibited symptoms such as a rash, the children were not harmed, and just because they had a rash did not necessarily mean they had measles. The hypothesis behind chiropractic care is that it maintains and strengthens the immune system, and this is supported by observations of children who, although they had the illness, were able to go about their daily lives as usual and had a shorter recovery period.
It is suspected that the negative impact of the confounding effect of immunization on the immune system in relation to nonspecific childhood illnesses (such as otitis media, tonsillitis, etc.) could not be statistically proven through a population-based study or by comparing with other groups. It was found that maintaining a strong immune system had a beneficial effect in preventing these specific diseases.
The data from this study did not indicate any negative effects on the immune system.
From the comments made by several pediatricians, it was evident that there is a misconception regarding children’s health. Five out of 71 pediatricians said that, in their opinion, the question regarding otitis media was invalid because “9 out of 10 children suffer from this.” Similarly, many pediatricians consider the question regarding antibiotics to be invalid, since “all children have been treated with antibiotics at some point,” and this issue rarely affects the number of prescribed treatments. These opinions are fallacies propagated in allopathic (conventional) medicine, as this study has demonstrated.
In conclusion,
The study shows that the claims made regarding the positive health effects of chiropractic care are valid and that chiropractic care helps prevent and treat infectious diseases.
