Pediatric chiropractic care is a natural and effective option for improving children's health. Discover how chiropractic adjustments can benefit children and help prevent future health problems.
Sick children
The Dr. Godfrey Gutman, a medical researcher, discovered that more than 80% of the children examined shortly after birth had spinal damage, resulting in a wide range of future health problems: sick children. His findings are similar to those of the Dr. Towbin, from the Department of Pathology at Harvard University, who discovered that:
“In the party’s process, even under optimal conditions, it is a traumatic experience. ”Damage to the spinal cord and brain often occurs during the birthing process, but it frequently goes undiagnosed.”
This is further reinforced in the article from the Dr. Joanov: “Imprints: The Lasting Effects of the Childbirth Experience”, in which he explains:
“Throughout the entire childbirth process—from conception through labor and delivery to the postpartum period—a poor foundation can be established, resulting in physical and/or mental health problems. It is now known that the trauma surrounding the childbirth experience leaves a lasting imprint on the developing nervous system of the fetus and newborn.”.
That is why we recommend that children’s spines be examined to detect possible subluxations.
Below is a list of research projects that may be of interest to you:
1) HYPERACTIVITY
“After examining and diagnosing various cases of hyperactivity and attention disorders in children, we have discovered that subluxations in the cervical spine can lead to problems with neurotransmission.” Sick children

2) MOTOR AND COORDINATION SKILLS
The Dr. Gutman, PhD discovered that children with subluxations in the upper cervical vertebrae exhibited: “Atlas block syndrome (the first cervical vertebra).” This causes: a malfunction impaired motor and coordination skills, and a weakened immune system that leads to persistent ear, nose, and throat infections.
3) BREAST MILK
This study found that most children with disabilities who were breastfed overcame their condition after receiving chiropractic care.

4) IMMUNITY IN CHILDHOOD
The results of this pilot study showed that sick children who received regular chiropractic care exhibited an increase in resistance to common childhood illnesses.

5) COLIC
316 children with moderate or severe colic received adjustments from 73 chiropractors. The result was positive in a 94% test for boys who are receiving chiropractic care.

6) IMMUNITY
Dr. Ronald is a researcher studying genetic susceptibility to disease. He works in the research division at the Preventative Medicine Institute.
He's going to study the immune systems of different individuals and found that people who received chiropractic care experienced a Upgrade of the 200-400% in their immune system response, compared to individuals who did not receive chiropractic care.
7) IMPROVING IMMUNITY
A recently completed study compares the overall health of children who have been raised according to the chiropractic (vitalist) model with that of children who have been raised according to the traditional medical (mechanistic) model.
It was found that children receiving chiropractic care: • Had fewer ear infections (20% compared to 69% among children receiving traditional medical care). • Suffered from fewer allergies. • Had fewer problems with their tonsils. • Used fewer antibiotics over the years.
8) SUBLUXATION AND GENETIC POTENTIAL
A study found that irritation (subluxation) of the T3 and T4 regions alters gene expression in nerve cells. This directly affects the cerebellum, impacting the individual’s emotional stability, problem-solving ability, and coordination. If the cerebellum is affected, the thalamus is also affected, leading to a corresponding alteration in cortical function. It also causes malfunctioning of organs, arteries, discs, muscle cells, and the sympathetic nervous system. All the nerves involved in this cycle have clearly altered their gene expression.
9) SUBLUXATION AND THE IMMUNE SYSTEM
By inducing subluxations in the T3 and T4 regions, the researchers demonstrated that gene expression in the nervous system was altered. Of particular interest is the effect this had on the nervous system, which controls the organs of the immune system. For example, the bone marrow’s production of immune cells responsible for clearing the body of invaders was significantly reduced.
