LESS DISCOMFORT AND PAIN 
I wanted to tell you my story with Chiropractic, my name is José, I am 72 years old and I have been living in Mataró for many years. I met Chiropractic through two patients who currently come to the center, one of them told me how well he felt and that almost all his family was already going.
And I asked myself why not to bet on having a better health, I had a lumbar impingement in my back and destroyed cervical vertebrae (fractures of vertebrae due to arthrosis), but this has been going on for a long time. I visited several traumatologist, he only prescribed me anti-inflammatories, analgesics and I also did rehabilitation.
I was affected, every day I felt discomfort and a lot of pain very often, if not every day. Now I have a better quality of life, less discomfort and less pain, now I move better, I walk better, I feel good.
I talk a lot about Chiropractic and hope that we can all enjoy better health and wellness.
