Hello, my name is Elena, I am 53 years old and I live in Mataró.
I wanted to tell you how I met chiropractic and my experience with it... It was through a friend who already comes to the center and recommended me to go to and start my chiropractic care, and so it was, they made some open doors and I did the chiropractic tests.
My friend recommended me to the center because she knew how I was feeling and how much my headaches and bad bowel movements (constipation) were affecting me.
I have been dragging this problem as more than 20 years ago and I want to put an end to all this. I also had surgery for hemorrhoids and appendicitis. I visited several specialists such as a neurosurgeon for headaches and he recommended that I should take Trytzol and almogran and the improvement has been minimal.
Already I was affected in my routine, I was constantly in a bad mood, I didn't want to go out when I had migraines and they were constant.
The truth is that with chiropractic I have improved a lot, now I have been going to the toilet every day for two months and the headaches are less and less and with much less intensity.
