30 Reasons Not to Drink Cow's Milk
1. Milk reduces iron in young children. That is why, in 1993, the American Academy of Pediatrics issued an official statement saying that, in its opinion, no child should drink animal milk before 18 months of age. Similarly, it contributes to a deficiency in acids
essential fatty acids and vitamin E.
2. Animal milk stimulates the body to produce mucus. That is why, when you have a cold, doctors recommend not drinking milk.
3.- Animal milk is full of bacteria. Therefore, it is an excellent medium for bacteria to multiply in the body. This is why children who do not drink animal milk or consume dairy products do not get sick as often and suffer from fewer cavities and ear infections. The pasteurization process used by the dairy industry generally lasts 15 seconds. However, to inactivate the harmful bacteria in milk, the process must last at least 15 minutes.
4.- Casein, a protein found in milk that is used to manufacture glue and paint, causes the soft tissues of many children to swell. These soft tissues are commonly found in the throat, nasal passages, and sinuses. When these tissues are inflamed, breathing difficulties occur.
5. Drinking and consuming dairy products is associated with various diseases such as diabetes, multiple sclerosis, heart problems, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and even cataracts.
6. Milk contains abnormal amounts antibiotics since dairy farmers inject them into cows to prevent them from stopping milk production due to udder diseases. These types of diseases are common in dairy herds. These excessive amounts of antibiotics contribute to bacterial resistance, making it more difficult to treat these bacteria when more serious diseases arise.
7. It is also important to know that the “Animals and Dairy Products” category contains approximately excessive amounts of 59 different types of hormones—pituitary, steroid, adrenal, sex hormones, etc..- Furthermore, high levels of this hormone, combined with other toxins, are now considered a cause of various degenerative diseases.
The 80% cows are pregnant women while they are used to produce milk, which naturally raises the levels of these hormones. In addition, dairy farmers inject cows with synthetic hormones to increase milk production. These high levels of female hormones in the food chain have been linked to health problems around the world. They are also associated with precocious puberty…
8. Milk contains large amounts of unhealthy amounts of fat, which clogs the arteries even in young people.
9.- The sugar in milk (lactose) is very difficult to digest This is because when a person reaches the age of two, the intestines produce less lactase, an enzyme necessary for absorbing and digesting lactose. This decrease in lactase production in humans occurs when drinking breast milk is no longer necessary for growth. When we consume milk or animal dairy products, it is very likely that the lactose will ferment in the intestines, causing digestive problems such as bloating, gas, and other serious issues.
10. Animal milk contains a perfect combination of minerals designed to help the digestive system of their young mature. This digestive system will allow them to properly digest the nutrients from grass and herbs. Cows have a four-chambered stomach and regurgitate, chew, and swallow their food several times before digesting it. Their digestive system is very different from that of humans, and therefore they have different needs. When we consume milk, we are ingesting the minerals and chemicals that cows need in their system, and since our diets are different, These chemicals and minerals disrupt our digestion and affects the absorption of nutrients in our diets.
11. Milk ranks high on the list of products allergy and sensitivity triggers. It has been shown to affect behavior, sleep, concentration, and even bedwetting.
12. Milk, either on its own or when combined with gluten (found in grains), is associated with autism. When someone is suspected of having Leaky Gut Syndrome, a dairy- and gluten-free diet is recommended.
13. Children with disabilities who suffer from neurological problems such as People with autism, Down syndrome, learning disabilities, and brain injuries are particularly vulnerable to dairy products. Certain proteins found in animal milk, such as casein and whey, apparently irritate the human nervous system, causing these neurological problems to worsen in children. That is why rehabilitation programs yield better results for children who do not consume milk or dairy products in general, compared to those who do.
14. Studies have shown that the consumption of hormones, cholesterol, and the fat found in animal milk makes a person more likely to develop acne and wrinkles on the skin.
15. People of Asian, African, Hispanic, or Southern European descent are particularly vulnerable to problems associated with milk consumption. This explains why Most countries in the world don't drink milk.
16. Milk is one of the substances that contain more dioxins. Contrary to what was previously believed, dioxins in milk and cheese are ten times more dangerous and can even cause cancer. During the summer of 1999, the dairy industry in Brussels shut down for a month because the milk contained 100 times more dioxin than the recommended levels.
17. Milk contains animal blood...Milking machines cause wounds on the cow's teats that bleed, and this blood gets into the milk.
18. Milk contains pus. Regulations issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) stipulate that milk is considered abnormal and should not be consumed if it contains more than 200,000 dead white blood cells per milliliter.
19. Milk is associated with prostate cancer in men. The risks increase by 30% if two to three servings are consumed per day. Women who consume dairy products increase their risk of developing ovarian cancer by up to 66%.
20. The consumption of milk and cheese is associated with with asthma. When humans consume the protein casein (which is used to make the adhesive that attaches labels to beer bottles), their bodies produce histamine and then mucus. If the bronchi fill with this substance, it causes difficulty breathing.
21. Children who drink a lot of milk and eat a lot of cheese on a regular basis are deficient in zinc.
22. Milk is high cholesterol, which causes heart disease.
23.- The stories linking calcium and milk consumption are mostly a myth created by the dairy industry, which claims in its advertising campaigns that cow’s milk contains large amounts of calcium. Strategically, they also claim that we need calcium. Both of these statements are true; however, they do not say that drinking milk provides us with this calcium—because that is not actually the case. The calcium in milk combines with other minerals—which are found in excessive amounts in animal milk—to form a molecule that is usually too large to be absorbed by the human intestine. In parts of the world where milk is not consumed, diseases associated with calcium deficiency are almost nonexistent. Osteoporosis and atherosclerosis are very rare in cultures where milk consumption is limited. In fact, recent studies suggest that milk and cheese may actually be the causes of osteoporosis, since the high amounts of protein in dairy products cause calcium to be leached from the bones.
24.- The vitamin D content in milk is poorly regulated. A recent study found that, out of 42 samples, only 12% contained the promised amount of vitamin D. Ten samples of infant formula were also tested; seven of them contained twice the advertised amount of vitamin D. One even had four times as much. Vitamin D is toxic in large amounts.
25. Drinking milk might contribute to bone fractures. In a study of 78,000 women conducted over a 12-year period, milk did not reduce the risk of fractures. In fact, women who drank milk three times a day had more fractures than those who rarely did.
26. Another important factor is cholesterol. The risk of heart and circulatory diseases. One glass of milk is equivalent to 35 mg of cholesterol; 4 slices of bacon equal 30 mg. Is this what you want for yourself or your children? The choice is yours.
27. Other effects associated with the consumption of animal milk include diarrhea and constipation, especially among young people.
28. The consumption of animal milk may also be associated with Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (Lou Gehrig's Disease)).
29. Milk is a good conductor of poison. A study that reviewed cases of poisoning In England and Wales between 1992 and 1996, 20 of these cases were linked to the consumption of milk and dairy products.
30. The chemical composition of cow’s milk is absolutely perfect for nourishing a calf. It contains the exact nutrients needed for a calf to be perfectly nourished and helps it develop its digestive and immune systems. Human milk is just as perfect for babies. If we gave human milk to a calf, it would suffer from poor nutrition and would get sick very quickly. Of course, anyone would think that doing this is ridiculous. However, is this really any more ridiculous than feeding our children non-human milk and dairy products?
There are many other alternatives to animal milk. Oat milk, quinoa milk, and coconut milk are excellent, and they're the ones I recommend the most.
In most supermarkets, you can find soy and plant-based cheeses, soy yogurt, kefir, etc.
Comment: Soy is not recommended because of its high lectin content; lectins are extremely toxic to the body, which has not evolved to digest them. If you do wish to consume soy products, we recommend choosing those certified organic (non-GMO). But be aware that soy can also cause many allergies.
And finally, there is the dairy-free diet. Most people around the world do not drink milk; they get enough calcium from other foods. Almonds, sesame seeds, amaranth, pinto and black beans, broccoli, cabbage, chickpeas, cauliflower, collard greens, figs, hazelnuts, green cabbage, escarole, leeks, molasses, olives, peanuts, parsley, pistachios, raisins, spinach, sunflower seeds, watercress, and seaweed—these are just a few of the foods that contain significant amounts of calcium that our bodies can absorb and that we can enjoy…
Are you going to keep eating dairy products? Draw your own conclusions. Do your own research before believing what they want us to believe!
