Recipe. Vegetable wok with beef

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 thin veal fillets of about 150 grams each
  • 45 g noodles
  • Half a small zucchini
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 5 or 6 «saplings» of broccoli
  • One small carrot
  • Bell pepper
  • Walnuts
  • A couple of young garlic
  • Your choice of olive, sunflower or sesame oil
  • A couple of tablespoons of mild soy sauce

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the bell pepper into strips, the onion into julienne strips and the mushroom into four pieces each.
  2. Bring water to boil in a pot and cook the noodles (according to the manufacturer's instructions).
  3. When we have all the vegetables cut, we put in a wok or frying pan the two tablespoons of oil, and add the onions and peppers. We poach, and add the mushrooms. When the vegetables are tender, add the green beans. Let it simmer while we prepare the meat.
  4. Season the veal fillet with salt and pepper and cut into strips of the desired thickness. Cook the meat in a frying pan or on a griddle.
  5. Finally, drain the noodles and add them to the wok or frying pan, adding the tablespoon of soy sauce. Stir well to mix all the ingredients and serve hot.
  6. In a wok on the fire, put a little oil and sauté the beef cut into strips and without salt and pepper. After a minute, just enough time for it to lose the color of raw meat, remove it to a plate and then season with salt and pepper.
  7. In the wok put the chopped vegetables in small and regular pieces, so that they are cooked equally. Sauté without stopping for a few minutes until the vegetables are to our liking, depending on whether we like them more or less whole.
  8. When the vegetables are ready, put the meat back in and add the soy. Stir a few times and serve immediately.
