I wanted to tell you my story with Chiropractic, my name is José, I am 72 years old and I have been living in Mataró for many years.
I learned about Chiropractic through two patients who currently come to the center, one of them told me how well he was feeling and that almost his whole family was already going.
And I asked myself why not bet on better health, I had a lumbar impingement in my back and my cervical spine was destroyed, but this has been going on for a long time.
I visited several orthopedic surgeons, who only prescribed anti-inflammatories, painkillers and also did rehabilitation.
I was affected, every day I felt discomfort and a lot of pain very often, if not every day.
Now I have a better quality of life, less discomfort and less pain, now I move better, I walk better, I feel good.
I talk a lot about Chiropractic and hope that we can all enjoy better health and wellness.
