I came because of a muscle contracture, pains in my arms and hands, and besides these pains I slept very badly. I work in the textile industry, and it is very physical and exhausting. I suppose that, like many people, I thought that my state of health was due to that and I would have to accept it.
But it's not like that! Since I've been coming to the office I can put on more weight, I have more elasticity and not only that, I feel less tired because I rest much better and I'm more active, I'm very happy with these changes!
