I am from Mataró and I had never heard of Chiropractic, until one day I banged my knee and some friends of my mother, Maria and Virginia, told her that they went to the chiropractor.
I thought the knee blow might be silly, but I went to find out what Dr. Marc was doing to see if he could help me with other things, since I have always suffered from cervical and contractures.
There were times when I was stuck, unable to turn my neck for a few days and this caused me discomfort and prevented me from moving naturally. From time to time I had to get massages because it was the only way I noticed some relief, although after a few days I was always back to the same thing.
I started to go in for an adjustment and immediately noticed that my neck was losing the stiffness that had been building up over the last few years. I was regaining mobility and felt more relaxed. Now I don't get stuck and the truth is that I don't have so many contractures either. My body works better and, although I still go for massages from time to time, I don't need them as often.
Another thing I have noticed is that I take less medication than before, when I was in pain I immediately took some medicine, and now I don't need it because it doesn't hurt.
