It kept the allergy at bay at first but lately they were not working for me.
I found that my allergy was aggravated during periods of stress and that spending the day with a stuffy nose increased the stress level even more considering this health problem with a high level of affectation in many ways. So, when I reached this point the next step manifested itself through contractures in my back.
I got tired and stopped taking the medication. Among other things because I had enough cortisone and I resigned myself to always being congested and bad.
Now since I've been here I no longer have nasal congestion and I'm more relaxed than before.
A stressful situation in which I would have contracted before now only causes a slight spasm in my upper eyelid.
I come to the consultation with my mother Amélia, but family members and some friends also come.
