- 1/2 cup made from natural peanut butter
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or another natural sweetener
- 2 teeth chopped garlic

- Cook the pasta: Cook the lentil pasta according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: Add the peanut butter, water, low-sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar, coconut sugar, minced garlic, and ground ginger to a saucepan.
- Mix the ingredients: Stir constantly over medium heat until the sauce is smooth, creamy, and lump-free.
- Thicken the sauce: Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and becomes more consistent in texture.
- Add the pasta: Add the cooked lentil paste to the saucepan and mix well so that it is completely coated with the sauce.
