2 apples (preferably green to reduce the glycemic index).

3 kiwis (dense source of antioxidants and fiber).

1/2 yellow lemon (natural depurative).

Elaboration Procedure

Fruit preparation: Thoroughly wash the apples. Peel the kiwis and remove the lemon and lime rind, trying to keep as much of the inner white skin as possible, where the bioflavonoids are concentrated.
