- 2 aloe vera leaves (or 1 cup / 227 ml of aloe vera juice)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- ½ cup (20 g) fresh mint
Preparation
- Prepare the ingredients: Carefully wash the cabbage, cucumber and fresh mint. Lightly peel the ginger and cut the ingredients into medium-sized pieces to facilitate blending.
- Extract the aloe vera: If fresh aloe vera leaves are used, remove the outer skin and keep only the transparent gel inside.
- Blend the mixture: Add the cabbage, aloe vera, cucumber, ginger and fresh mint in a blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes until a homogeneous and refreshing drink is obtained.
- Serve immediately: Consume the juice freshly prepared to make the best use of its digestive and nutritional properties.
