Tea for the joints: an ideal remedy for daily well-being and during cold weather
Ingredients (for 2 persons)

- 1½ tablespoons from turmeric.
- 1 tablespoon from coriander seeds.
- 1/2 tablespoon from ginger.
- 1/2 tablespoon from black pepper.
- 1/2 tablespoon from fennel.
- 2 cups water.
Preparation
- Prepare the ingredients: Place the turmeric, the coriander seeds, the ginger, the black pepper and the fennel in a medium saucepan.
- Add the water: Incorporate the 2 cups water and stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Boil the tea: Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, allowing the spices to release all their natural properties.
- Strain the tea: Once it comes to a boil, remove from the heat and carefully strain the infusion before serving.
- Correct consumption: Take 1 cup on an empty stomach in the morning and a second cup throughout the day to support joint health.
