Paleo diet bread with coconut and nuts
The Paleolithic diet is a healthy way of eating with a natural nutritional approach.
Ingredients:
1 cup almond paste
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon of yeast
2 Organic eggs
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon of baking soda
Preparation:
Whisk together the eggs, coconut milk, coconut oil and honey.
Mix the coconut flour, almond paste, baking powder and grated coconut.
Mix everything together and make a paste until there are no lumps.
Pour the batter into a greased pan with the coconut oil and bake at 180 degrees for 40- 50 minutes.
Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool.
