The perfect herbal tea for maintaining the body's balance

Natural Kidney Cleanse: An Ideal Herbal Tea for Balancing the Body

Ingredients (for the base infusion mixture)

    • 30 g marjoram
    • 30 g cat's claw
    • 30 g comfrey root
    • 60 g fennel seed
    • 60 g chicory
    • 60 g hydrangea root
    • 60 g cranberry
    • 60 g from the root of purple eupatorium
    • 60 g made from marshmallow root
    • 60 g made from goldenrod

Preparation

  • Mix the herbs: Combine all the medicinal plants in a clean, airtight container, ensuring they are thoroughly mixed.
  • Prepare the nighttime herbal tea: Before going to sleep, add 2 to 3 heaping tablespoons of the mixture in 2 cups of water and let it sit overnight, covered.
  • Cooking the next day: In the morning, simmer the mixture over low heat for a few minutes, then strain it.
  • Quick alternative: If you did not prepare it the night before, bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 10–15 minutes before straining.
  • Directions for use: Take 6 to 8 sips a day, spacing them at least 1 hour after meals.

Recommendations for Use

  • Additional hydration: Drinking between 1.5 and 2 liters of water a day to support the cleanup process.
  • Light meals: During this period, avoid animal products, dairy, coffee, tea, alcohol, carbonated beverages, chocolate, and products containing additives, preservatives, or artificial colors.
  • Sensations during the process: Mild lower back discomfort or changes in the color and odor of the urine may occur; these are traditionally interpreted as part of the elimination process.

Additional Tips

  • Natural stimulation: Chew for 30–40 repetitions a small piece of organic lemon peel on the left side of your mouth and a piece of carrot on the right.
  • Alternation: Leave at least 30 minutes between each chewing cycle.
  • Functional support: This practice is considered a supplement to stimulate kidney function as part of a general wellness routine.
