Sleeping Position

You like to sleep FACE DOWN……….. well, it is the worst position for sleeping. If you sleep on your side, FETAL POSITION, the pillow you should choose must be high enough but soft at the same time to keep your head level with respect to your skeleton. The pillow should not cause your neck to flex laterally up or down.

The pillow should keep your neck resting at a level that maintains the vertebrae aligned with the rest of the spine.

DE LADO   The other sleeping position is on your back with a small pillow.

 

We spend a lot of time in bed, and the sleeping position is very important. Change your habits, and you will see your health change radically.
