Learn to be Yourself

Learn to Be Yourself
The “reality” we live in is the result of our perceptions.
You cannot change reality, but if you observe it differently, “your reality” changes.
We are all born unique, at a specific moment, in some place, and we bring a genetic purpose that we truly do not know. The instructions are printed in our genetic code within the nucleus of each cell and remain there.
Our body is the vehicle that allows us to make the journey. To stay alive, we need to adapt to our environment. As we grow, our mind develops in response to the need for adaptation.
It is there that the BODY SELF gives way to the MENTAL SELF, from which we assimilate and learn ways to survive in relation to the forces around us.
That is the greatness of the mind, the ability to adapt to the environment, to survive with what is outside. But…
WHO ARE WE? A good answer might be: “I am I and my circumstance.” But it seems that “circumstances” sometimes press so much on our own nature that our vehicle (body) becomes dysfunctional.
A SOLUTION? “Stop imitating. Be yourself.” Here begins a process of self-discovery. There are many paths that allow you to connect with your body, and in most of them, the mind is identified as the culprit of the ills and your harmful lifestyle.
The simplest truth that is revealed to us is “don’t overthink, relax and enjoy what life offers you.” Life is there, waiting for us, and there is no need to change the world; it is only necessary to free oneself from the tyranny of the mind. Marc Bony, DC subluxacion.com
