There is certainly a paranoia that has erupted in our country. It is not a terrorism-related paranoia but rather about ailments, diseases, and death.

Among countless cases of breast cancer, West Nile virus, high cholesterol, etc., we have become a nation of hypochondriacs (1).

Wherever we look, a new test appears under the name of prevention. These tests vary from typical routine exams, mammograms, colonoscopies.

Have these tests been done for prevention? I would say “no.” These tests address problems when the disease has already established itself.

A positive encounter with the patient allows doctors to treat a certain type of disease. Many times, a treatment based on drugs or surgery is riskier than the diagnosis of the disease itself.

How to Relax

Relax! There is a better method. As Jack LaLanne says: “I worry about life and health, not about diseases and death.” Life entails natural laws. Take, for example, a plant that is bending and turning yellow.

Would you rush to take it to a botanical doctor for diagnosis and treatment for the disease? I don’t think so.

Most likely, you would check the water, soil, and sunlight. Too little or too much of any of these previous requirements can create a sick plant. Balance the natural laws (water, soil, sunlight) and miraculously the plant revives and heals.

We are no different. We are simply a more complex organism, which is why we have more laws of nature. Because we are not animals, it seems we have lost the natural instinct to know when and how we go out of balance.

First, Review the Laws of Nature.

Life Laws 90%

1) Stress/Mental Attitude
2) Spinal Alignment
3) Sleep/Rest

Physical Laws 10%

4) Nutrition
5) Exercise
6) Health
7) First Aid

Be introspective, truthful, and decisive, and analyze which law of nature you are out of balance with.

For example, if one has back pain and is obese, spinal alignment may be one answer but not the only answer.

Nutrition and exercise may be the first law of nature to achieve balance, and then alignment can be maintained.

Once you determine which law of nature is to blame, seek the advice of a professional who agrees with that law.

Mental Attitude – Psychologist, Counselor, Priest, etc.
Spinal Alignment – Chiropractor.
Sleep/Rest – (See Mental Attitude).
Nutrition – Nutritionist, Dietitian, Chiropractor.
Exercise – Trainer, Physiotherapist.
Health – Doctor, Physician.
Natural First Aid – Doctors, Physicians, Nurses.

Allow the professional you have chosen to bring you back into balance. Something amazing will result. One can HEAL. When one heals, the symptoms or disease disappear on their own.

You are the captain of your ship! Don’t let any doctor intimidate you. You know what is wrong. Take control! Hire a professional who knows how to restore your balance and then watch how you start to heal!
