Hello, I am Lisa, I am two years old and I live in Blanes, Girona. I wanted to tell you that I got to know chiropractic while I was in my mom’s belly, since she was already getting adjusted before and during the pregnancy and continues to do so afterwards.

At 4 days old, Dr. Marc came to our house to give me my first adjustment, so that was when my direct chiropractic care began. Since I was born, my weak point has been in the respiratory system.

Since I was very little, I have caught colds, even developing bronchitis repeatedly and some pneumonias. You might think it’s not much… that with how small I am, I have been taken to the pediatrician and the allergist to rule out allergies, I have been to the emergency rooms of hospitals many times, I have also been given homeopathy, Bach flowers, and have had respiratory physiotherapy sessions. They always prescribe me the typical medications Ventolin, Pulmicort, Estilsona, Antibiotics….

When I suffer these coughing and bronchitis crises, there are days when I can’t get down from my mom’s arms and it prevents me from eating, talking, playing… I feel terrible, I am very agitated and I have a hard time breathing.

I am sure that Chiropractic helps me improve my health, that’s why I keep going, my parents tell me so, I know that my immune system will strengthen and I will be healthier. Many friends from Blanes go to the Chiropractor, of all ages, as well as a large part of my family. Lisa.
