On a day like today, I decided to write because I feel very encouraged.

Nothing Worked

My name is Ana. I came to this office around October 2004 with a lot of pain all over my body. Since I was 8 years old, I have suffered from migraines that no doctor has been able to cure: neither homeopaths, nor acupuncturists, nor osteopaths, nor neurologists.

My Ailments

Apart from the migraine, I came to this office with cervical, muscular, lumbar, joint pain, etc. At 46, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Besides all this, I also had ovarian cysts, which meant I had to undergo gynecological check-ups every 3 months, where doctors would tell me that the cysts were increasing in number and size. There came a point where they advised me to have them surgically removed.

More Problems

In addition to all these ailments, I also had to add a cyst on my vocal cord and a hiatal hernia that also needed to be operated on. Despite having a date and time for admission at the end of October, specifically on the 25th, the first thing Marc told me when he saw me was not to let anyone operate on me before knowing if he could help me.

I had already experienced a digestive bleed. I decided not to have surgery. The migraine has progressively improved to the point that it no longer affects my life. The cyst on my vocal cord stopped causing me permanent hoarseness and stopped hurting.

The Unconventional Improvement

Throughout December, I had daily losses and did not understand what they were due to. I mentioned this to Marc, and he said it was normal, that I was cleansing my ovaries. On January 3, I went for a routine check-up at the Hospital General de Catalunya, and upon seeing the ultrasound, they told me that I was clear, that the ovarian cysts had disappeared. I can currently say that I hardly take any medication.

The fibromyalgia pain as well as my lumbar pinching have improved by 75% despite suffering from flare-ups of intense pain. When I am in so much pain, I come to see Marc more often. I arrived here after having tried everything, having gone to many doctors and specialists, and having spent a lot of money and time.

Marc’s hands have given me back the energy to climb out of the pit caused by feeling overwhelmed by pain, seeing that day by day it was winning over me and nullifying me as a person.
