The 5 Lifestyle Changes High cholesterol increases the risk of heart disease and heart attacks…
The diet of healing foods

The diet focuses on FIVE ASPECTS of your health, which will help you achieve victory over any disease:
1. Reduce Inflammation
– Most current diseases are due to inflammation. Inflammation damages your cells and the walls of the arteries and causes High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Arthritis, and digestive disorders like Crohn’s disease, to name a few. Reducing inflammation makes your body more capable of healing from any disease.
2. Alkalinized Body
– The body should have an average pH of 7.36. A can of soda literally has a pH of 2.5 and will require approximately 30 glasses of water just to balance the situation. Juices from green vegetables like wheatgrass juice and spinach help restore an adequate pH in the body. All diseases including infections, osteoporosis, and cancer develop in an acidic environment. By alkalizing your body, your cells can heal and regenerate at a higher level.
3. Lower Blood Sugar
– One of the main causes of Diabetes and weight gain is that insulin receptors become burnt out. By reducing blood sugar levels, you allow the insulin receptors to heal and your body can start producing normal amounts of insulin to heal diabetes and leptin for weight loss.
4. Eliminate Toxins
– Toxicity has become an epidemic in our society today and is one of the main causes of our hormonal imbalance and autoimmune diseases. The diet helps with issues such as female disorders, infertility, hypothyroidism, and headaches, to balance hormones and helps reverse autoimmune diseases like Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Alzheimer’s, and Autism.
5. Optimal Nutrients
– Many current diseases are due to nutritional deficiencies. Most of the foods we consume today are processed and stripped of all vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and enzymes. This type of diet slows down the aging process, improves mental capacity, and increases energy levels.
The Healing Foods Diet consists of eating equal amounts (33% each) of pure protein sources, healthy fats, and low glycemic carbohydrates, in the form of fruits and vegetables.
1. Stop consuming BAD FATS – Replacing them with HEALTHY FATS.
Bad fats such as hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated oils, trans fats, soybean oil, canola oil, and vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed…) cause heart disease, strokes, diabetes, cancer, chronic fatigue, and neurotoxic syndrome. Bad fats create chronic inflammation throughout the body leading to disease. Healthy fats are essential for hormone production, cancer prevention, brain development, weight loss, cellular healing, and anti-inflammation.
2. Change the MEAT you EAT.
There are hundreds of studies linking commercial meats (intensive farming) to cancer and heart disease. The grains used to feed animals that were meant to eat grass change the fatty acid ratio (too much omega-6, and not enough omega-3) and adulterate healthy fats, leading to today’s diseases. The bioaccumulation of commercial pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, and hormones in meat is causing a violent attack on our health, leading to many types of cancer, neurological conditions, and chronic diseases. Grass-fed and free-range meats offer many fatty acids missing in the Standard American Diet (SAD) such as arachidonic acid, linoleic acid, and Omega fatty acids.
3. Eliminate ALL Refined SUGARS and GRAINS from your Diet.
This includes white rice, white pasta, and white bread. 1/3 of sugar comes from soft drinks, 2/3 from hidden sources included in: meats, pizzas, sauces, breads, soups, cookies, fruit-based drinks, canned foods, yogurt, ketchup, mayonnaise, etc. High glycemic or refined sugars cause elevated glucose, which raises insulin leading to premature aging and degenerative diseases such as type II diabetes, heart disease (inflammation of the arteries), and cancer.
Sugar is an anti-nutrient that offers insignificant amounts of vitamins and minerals, robbing your body of precious nutrient reserves. This inevitably leads to diseases of the new millennium, such as chronic fatigue, ADD, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), heart disease, diabetes, and cancers.
Low glycemic carbohydrates in the form of fruits and vegetables have high amounts of fiber, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which help you age more slowly, improve energy levels, promote weight loss, and naturally detoxify your cells.
