Hello, my name is José Francisco, I am 39 years old and I have lived in Canovellas my whole life. I discovered Chiropractic in a very curious way. It was through a nurse at the Granollers hospital in 2010.

My pain used to be in my back; I was diagnosed with a disc herniation (disc herniation Canovellas) at the age of 25.

The specialists determined that I should not take anything, after having taken anti-inflammatories and undergoing rehabilitation since they saw no progress, anyway…

I was quite limited by the discomfort I had in my lumbar region, and when performing certain movements, I would hit a limit. I stopped working due to the pain I had in my back.

Since I discovered chiropractic, I have not only improved in my lumbar area but other things changed without me even thinking about it. When I started chiropractic care, I had asthma attacks; I always had my inhaler ready wherever I went because of the attacks.

Since I have been under chiropractic care, I have stopped having attacks and, of course, I have also stopped the medication that my doctor prescribed. My wife and daughter come to the center, as well as my sister, brothers-in-law, and cousins. Whenever someone is looking for a solution, we try to help them understand what Chiropractic is and how they can benefit from its care.
