Your First Chiropractic Visit from A to Z
We understand that trying something new can raise doubts. Our main goal is for you to feel comfortable and secure from the very first moment. We want there to be no surprises, just results.
Our philosophy is simple: the better you understand what we do and why we do it, the more you will enjoy the benefits.
Chiropractic care is a process where each visit builds upon the previous one. That’s why it is essential for us to build a trusting relationship with you.
Your Informative Appointment: The Essentials
- Main Purpose: This is your first contact with us, a chat to resolve all your doubts before starting chiropractic care.
- Our Goal: We will explain how we aim to restore your optimal health status.
- Key Step: You will receive a request to undergo specific X-rays, which you should bring to your next visit.
- Importance of X-rays: They allow us to develop an effective plan, detect serious conditions, and help you visualize the actual state of your spine.
I hope these alternatives give you more flexibility to present the information on your website. Choose the one that best fits your style!
Your Arrival and First Evaluation: Step by Step
We want your experience at our center to be excellent from the moment you walk through the door. Below, we explain what will happen during your first visit.
Step 1: Welcome and Patient Form
Upon arrival, we will warmly welcome you as a member of our family. Next, we will provide you with a form to learn about your health history. This information is essential to understand your needs and provide you with the best possible care.
TIP: To expedite the process, you can go to our [Downloads] section and bring the completed forms on the day of your visit.
Step 2: Consultation with the Chiropractor
Once the form is completed, you will have a personal consultation with Marc, our chiropractor. It will be a calm conversation where you can discuss:
- Your health history and current concerns.
- Your expectations and wellness goals.
- How chiropractic care can help you achieve them.
This initial chat is key for us to determine if we are the best option for you.
Step 3: Complete Chiropractic Examination
After the consultation, our assistant, Montse, will perform a complete and non-invasive chiropractic examination to obtain a detailed picture of your neuro-spinal state.
It is important for you to know that all tests are conducted with your prior consent. The examination includes:
- Physical evaluation and postural test.
- Blood pressure and lung capacity check.
- Cervical thermography examination.
- DTG analysis (Temperature at the First Cervical).
With all this valuable information, we will be ready to analyze your case in depth and prepare your results report.

Third Appointment: Results Report
In this visit, after gathering all the information and performing the necessary examinations, Marc will provide you with a clear and comprehensive assessment of your condition.
In this meeting, you will be able to resolve your most important doubts:
- Can chiropractic help me with my problem?
- How long will I need care?
- What will be the investment in my health?
After analyzing your history, your goals, the physical examination, and the X-rays, the chiropractor will share a personalized care plan with you.
If your situation requires the assessment of another specialist, it will be indicated to you in a clear and transparent manner.
Finally, you will receive a customized care and wellness program, designed to help you achieve the best results and improve your quality of life.
Fourth Appointment and Beyond: Adjustments
Our goal is for chiropractic care to become part of your life as a different way to live and enjoy. Therefore, we don’t want visiting our center to be a burden or a source of stress.
The procedure is very simple: we have an open schedule for adjustments. Depending on the care plan that the doctor recommends, you will be able to choose the days you come in. All we ask is that you respect the chosen day; within our schedule, you can come at the time that best fits your agenda, without the need to book a fixed hour. This way, your care integrates more easily into your daily activities.
Maintenance Program or “Wellness”
Before concluding the visit, the doctor will offer recommendations to continue with your recovery and wellness program outside of the consultation. These may include:
- Applying cold or heat in case of pain.
- Avoiding certain postures or activities.
- Performing specific exercises or stretches at home.
If you wish, our team can assist you in creating healthy habits and personalized routines that fit your lifestyle.
Every person is unique, and that’s why each wellness program is tailored. The purpose of this program is to help keep your spine aligned and stable, supported by a balanced diet, regular exercise, and a positive mental attitude.
