RECIPE for the Tea for your joints

1 and a half teaspoons of turmeric

1 teaspoon of coriander seeds

half a teaspoon of ginger

half a teaspoon of black pepper

half a teaspoon of fennel

Add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.

Once it boils, strain it.

 

DOSAGE

1 cup on an empty stomach in the morning and the other during the day.
