What can chiropractic do for sleep disorders?
Chiropractic and sleep disorders, how can chiropractic adjustments help you? Among many other things, they help control anxiety levels, regulate cortisol levels, and allow patients to stop using sleep medications in a very short time since the start of chiropractic treatment, as these are only temporarily helpful, or they affect many other aspects of the body and have very noticeable and quick side effects.
