Before starting and looking for solutions outside the body, I want to remind you that the medical philosophy of a Doctor of Chiropractic is that the body heals itself, or at least under normal functioning conditions, it heals from any disease.

 

The World Health Organization states that 80% of cancers are due to the toxic products we eat, drink, and apply to our skin or other parts of the body.

  1. Detoxifying your food is very important, and we will also see this when it comes to reducing cellulite, wrinkles, or losing weight.
  2. Stop consuming sugars, processed cereals, and their derivatives.
  3. Buy products that have not been genetically modified.
  4. Avoid pesticides or look for ways to clean fruits and vegetables to eliminate pesticides as much as possible.

  1. The first is Milk Thistle, which helps especially to cleanse the liver, the organ dedicated to filtering all the toxins that enter the body from the outside. The recommended dosage is 250-500 mg per day.
