My name is Conchita, I am 58 years old and I live in Mataró.

One day, a friend invited me to attend a health class that Dr. Marc holds at his office, and that’s how I discovered Chiropractic.

Since I was 40 years old, I have had psoriasis. I have seen many doctors to see how they could cure me, dermatologists from the Social Security, private doctors, etc… and I had achieved nothing, they simply gave me medication, which also didn’t work for me, in the end, I didn’t even take it.

I had also tried Aloe Vera, because the truth is that I prefer things that are more natural rather than chemical.

Moreover, I had many pinches. I even went to a very good clinic in Barcelona, but they told me they didn’t see anything wrong with me.

My feet and hands would also swell, and I suffered from lower back pain and migraines, but above all, what worried me the most was the depressive state I started to suffer due to how I felt. Well, it can’t be said that it was depression, but I did feel in a very low mood and didn’t want to do anything. I was a bit tired of everything.

I started trying acupressure, changed my diet, avoided coffee, Coca-Cola, in short, all stimulants and also spicy foods; but I saw that things weren’t improving much, although something did seem to change.

Now I am following chiropractic care and although I have just started, the psoriasis has almost disappeared, it has improved a lot, after so many years of suffering from it, I almost thought it was impossible.

Now I can say that it has changed my life, I no longer have swollen hands or feet. I have regained my vitality and also my mobility. I had been on sick leave for 6 months, not working, and now I am back and feel stronger. I feel much more cheerful.

I practiced Aikido and had to stop due to my condition. Now I am back to practicing it, I have regained my life. I am not as tired as I always was. I sleep much better, I am no longer irritable as I was until now. I can do household chores without having to make too much effort, which was very difficult for me until now.

I am much happier and even my friends tell me that I look prettier and everything!!! And I have changed even in my physical level. I am very satisfied and proud of the change my body has made.
