Cleansing diet once a year
Annual body cleansing: an increasingly recommended practice
Carrying out a cleansing diet once a year for a week is highly recommended and more and more health experts include it in their wellness protocols.
During the first 2 or 3 days, you can start by drinking fruit and vegetable juices, thus helping the body to gradually adapt to the absence of solid foods.
Homemade detox drink
You can also prepare your own cleansing drink with the following ingredients:

4 liters of water

1 and a half lemons

2 teaspoons of honey
or maple syrup (approximately 1 cm from the bottom of a ½ liter bottle of sap syrup) -
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
Mix all the ingredients well.
👉 Recommendation:
Drink at least 2 liters a day of this preparation and, if needed, you can supplement with natural water.
You can adjust the amount of honey, syrup, or cayenne “to taste” so that the drink is pleasant and easy to consume.
What you may feel during the first days
