{"id":992596,"date":"2020-04-29T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-04-29T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/quiropractica1.com\/receta\/farditos-rellenos-con-setas-japonesas\/"},"modified":"2020-04-29T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-04-29T00:00:00","slug":"farditos-rellenos-con-setas-japonesas","status":"publish","type":"receta","link":"https:\/\/quiropractica1.com\/en\/receta\/farditos-rellenos-con-setas-japonesas\/","title":{"rendered":"Farditos rellenos con setas japonesas"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"vgblk-rw-wrapper limit-wrapper\">\n<h1>Farditos rellenos con setas japonesas<\/h1>\n<h3>Ingredientes:<\/h3>\n<p>Para la masa de los saquitos:<br \/>\n350 gr de harina integral de trigo<br \/>\n150 ml de agua<br \/>\n150 gr de aceite de oliva extravirgen exprimido en fr\u00edo<br \/>\n1 cucharadita de sal marina<\/p>\n<h3>Para el relleno:<\/h3>\n<p>1\u20442 de col<br \/>\n2 manzanas<br \/>\n1 cebolla peque\u00f1a<br \/>\nSalsa de soja<br \/>\n1\u20444 gr de setas shiitake<\/p>\n<h3>Para la salsa de pimientos asados y nueces:<\/h3>\n<p>1 pimiento asado<br \/>\n100 gr de nueces<br \/>\n1 cucharada de vinagre de arroz<br \/>\n1\u20442 diente de ajo<br \/>\n1 cucharada de sirope de arroz<br \/>\nUn trozo de jengibre rallado (s\u00f3lo el jugo)<\/p>\n<h3>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong>\u00a0Para hacer la masa de los saquitos ponemos el agua y el aceite, lo calentamos y por otro lado ponemos en un bol la harina y la sal. Cuando est\u00e9n un poco caliente el agua y el aceite (no tiene que hervir) mezclamos de una vez la harina con la mezcla l\u00edquida, lo amasamos un poco y lo dejamos reposar.<\/p>\n<p>Para hacer la masa de los farditos ponemos el agua y el aceite, lo calentamos y por otro lado ponemos en un bol la harina y la sal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong>\u00a0Cortamos en juliana la cebolla, la col, la manzana y las setas shiitake. Pochamos la col y la cebolla, cuando est\u00e9n un poco cocidas a\u00f1adimos la manzana y por \u00faltimo las setas shiitake. Le ponemos salsa de soja al gusto y el jugo del trozo de jengibre. Dejamos enfriar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong>\u00a0Para elaborar la salsa de pimientos, mezclamos todos los ingredientes corrigiendo la textura a\u00f1adiendo agua y corrigiendo el sabor a\u00f1adiendo un poco m\u00e1s de vinagre, sal o sirope dependiendo del gusto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong>\u00a0Dividimos la masa en el n\u00famero de saquitos que queramos hacer haciendo bolas de masa, las estiramos con forma circular, ponemos el relleno en el centro y lo cerramos dando forma de saquito. Finalmente lo pintamos con una brocha con un poco de aceite y lo horneamos 10\/20m a 170\u00ba dependiendo del tama\u00f1o de los saquitos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong>\u00a0Para montar el plato, ponemos los saquitos acompa\u00f1ados de ensalada verde y la salsa de pimientos y nueces.<\/div>\n<p><!-- .vgblk-rw-wrapper --><\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":992597,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"categoria-receta":[806],"etiqueta-receta":[],"class_list":["post-992596","receta","type-receta","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","categoria-receta-plato-principal"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
