{"id":992585,"date":"2020-04-27T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-04-27T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/quiropractica1.com\/receta\/ensalada-de-berenjenas-un-plato-ideal-para-verano\/"},"modified":"2020-04-27T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-04-27T00:00:00","slug":"ensalada-de-berenjenas-un-plato-ideal-para-verano","status":"publish","type":"receta","link":"https:\/\/quiropractica1.com\/en\/receta\/ensalada-de-berenjenas-un-plato-ideal-para-verano\/","title":{"rendered":"Ensalada de berenjenas, un plato ideal para verano"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"vgblk-rw-wrapper limit-wrapper\">\n<h1 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ensalada de berenjenas, un plato ideal para verano<\/h1>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes (4 personas)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 berenjenas grandes (si son blancas utilizar 3 o 4 por ser mas peque\u00f1as)<\/li>\n<li>Media cebolla morada picada<\/li>\n<li>Una zanahoria<\/li>\n<li>Una cucharadita de comino (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>10 ml de aceite de oliva VE<\/li>\n<li>Jugo de una lima<\/li>\n<li>Unas gotas de aceite<\/li>\n<li>Sal al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Un huevo duro picado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Cortar las berenjenas longitudinalmente por la mitad. Espolvorear su superficie con sal y ponerlas a escurrir boca abajo durante media hora sobre una rejilla. Pasado ese tiempo secar bien el l\u00edquido que hayan expulsado.<\/li>\n<li>Hacer unos cortes cruzados en su superficie cortada y meterlas en el horno precalentado a 180\u00baC, poniendo un papel de horno sobre la bandeja y otro por encima, mejor en sentido transversal a la misma, (haran falta dos tiras superpuestas), de manera que la propia bandeja lo pise para evitar que entre el aire. Dejarlas en el horno durante aproximadamente media hora, quitando el papel diez minutos antes de terminar la cocci\u00f3n para que se sequen un poco pero no demasiado. Tambi\u00e9n se puede taparlas en el horno para evitar que su superficie se seque formando una pelicula mas dura.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez hechas vaciar la pulpa con una cuchara y picarla con un cuchillo.<\/li>\n<li>Cortar la zanahoria en trocitos y cocerla con sal parando la cocci\u00f3n cuando est\u00e9 a\u00fan un poco al dente.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar los ingredientes del ali\u00f1o<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar la mitad de la cebollla y la zanahoria con la berenjena y con el ali\u00f1o, y espolvorear el resto por encima para dar color. A\u00f1adir el comino tambien si se usa.<\/li>\n<li>Meterla durante media hora en la nevera para que coja bien el sabor.<\/li>\n<li>Por \u00faltimo, antes de servirla decorarla con el huevo picado y con el cilantro.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote class=\"bg-accent mt-50 mb-50\" cite=\"https:\/\/www.ecoticias.com\/agricultura-ecologica\/182811\/Receta-Ecologica-Berenjenas-cremosas-ensalada-huevo-duro-picado#\"><p>Cortar las berenjenas longitudinalmente por la mitad.
