Una buena propuesta para los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas festivos\n\n<!-- \/wp:post-content --><!-- wp:paragraph {\"fontSize\":\"medium\"} -->\n<h3 class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list -->\n<ul>\n \t<li>2 berenjenas grandes<\/li>\n \t<li>1 pimiento rojo<\/li>\n \t<li>1 cebolla<\/li>\n \t<li>2 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n \t<li>2 cucharadas de salsa de tomate frito<\/li>\n \t<li>1 cucharadita de comino molido<\/li>\n \t<li>150 gr. de cusc\u00fas<\/li>\n \t<li>160 ml. de Caldo de Verduras ecol\u00f3gico<\/li>\n \t<li>20 gr. frutos secos (pistachos, almendras, etc.)<\/li>\n \t<li>20 pasas<\/li>\n \t<li>hierbabuena fresca al gusto<\/li>\n \t<li>1 lim\u00f3n y medio<\/li>\n \t<li>aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n \t<li>pimienta negra molida<\/li>\n \t<li>sal al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph {\"fontSize\":\"medium\"} -->\n<h3 class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list -->\n<ul>\n \t<li>Cortamos las berenjenas longitudinalmente y les hacemos cortes superficiales en forma de red a la pulpa. A\u00f1adimos un chorrito de aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n \t<li>Asamos las berenjenas al horno ya precalentado a 200\u00baC durante 30-35 minutos. Las dejamos entibiar antes de vaciar la pulpa, guardando la piel.<\/li>\n \t<li>Ponemos a calentar el caldo de verduras ecol\u00f3gico o preparado por usted con sal y un chorrito de aceite de oliva hasta que rompa a hervir.<\/li>\n \t<li>Vertemos el caldo sobre el cusc\u00fas, tapamos el cuenco y lo dejamos hidratando durante 4 minutos.<\/li>\n \t<li>A\u00f1adimos un chorrito de aceite de oliva y con una cuchara removemos para soltar el cusc\u00fas. Reservamos.<\/li>\n \t<li>Picamos toda la verdura en trozos peque\u00f1os (el ajo, el pimiento, la cebollay la berenjena asada) y tambi\u00e9n los frutos secos.<\/li>\n \t<li>En una cazuela con aceite caliente sofreimos el ajo hasta que empiece acoger color.<\/li>\n \t<li>A\u00f1adimos la cebolla y el pimiento picados, sal, pimienta y sofre\u00edmos 10 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n bien pochados.<\/li>\n \t<li>A\u00f1adimos los frutos secos y las pasas y cocinamos un minuto.<\/li>\n \t<li>A\u00f1adimos la berenjena, un par de cucharadas de salsa de tomate frito y el comino molido. Sofreimos un par de minutos y retiramos del fuego.<\/li>\n \t<li>A\u00f1adimos el cusc\u00fas mezclando todo bien y rectificamos de sal y pimienta.
