A\u00f1adimos un chorrito de <b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"147\">AOVE<\/b> y asamos en el horno precalentado a <b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"188\">200\u00baC<\/b> durante 30-35 minutos. Una vez tibias, vaciamos la pulpa con cuidado de mantener la piel intacta.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Hidrataci\u00f3n del cusc\u00fas<\/b>: Llevamos a ebullici\u00f3n el <b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"49\">caldo de verduras<\/b> con sal y un chorrito de aceite. Vertemos el caldo sobre el cusc\u00fas en un cuenco, tapamos y dejamos hidratar durante 4 minutos.
