Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n aproximado 20 minutos. Las sobras se pueden guardar como estupendos tentempi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredientes<\/span><\/strong>:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">6-8 Huevos ecol\u00f3gicos (dependiendo del tama\u00f1o de la sarten y para cuantas personas se cocine)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2-3 Cucharadas de mantequilla ecol\u00f3gica, sal marina y pimienta fresca molida a gusto<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1\/4 Taza (30 grm)de pimiento rojo ecol\u00f3gico, troceado<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1\/4 Taza (38 grm)de br\u00f3loci ecol\u00f3gico trociado<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1\/2 Taza (90 grm)de espinacas ecol\u00f3gicas troceadas<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 Chalotas o escalonias medianas troceadas<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ingredientes opcionales:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Queso Cheddar ecol\u00f3gico<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Calabacines rallados<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Zanahorias ralladas<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00bd Manzana ecol\u00f3gica, en rodajas por persona<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong>:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">En una sart\u00e9n con tapa, calentar a fuego medio, desleer la mantequilla, a\u00f1adir las cebollas (chalotas), el br\u00f3coli, pimiento rojo; cocinar durante 3-4 minutos. A\u00f1adir las espinacas o cualquier otra verdura que elija. Cocine hasta que las espinacas se ablanden. Rompa los huevos directamente en\u00a0 la sart\u00e9n, remover con cuidado hasta mezclar bien (no tiene que revolver los huevos). Sazone a gusto con la sal y la pimienta. Tape la sarten y baje a fuego lento, deje cocer durante 10 minutos.
