Esto es m\u00e1s que las muertes provocadas por los mensajes de texto y conductores ebrios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Las encuestas demuestran que el 63 % de las personas no duerme lo suficiente para estar saludables, el 69 % tiene problemas frecuentes de sue\u00f1o y el 22 % y est\u00e1n somnolientos durante el d\u00eda que afecta en su calidad de vida y a su trabajo. El mayor motivo indicado por la mayor\u00eda de\u00a0 personas es que simplemente ignoraba su somnolencia para completar tareas que necesitaban cumplir.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #808080;\">El sue\u00f1o saludable consiste en varias etapas:<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Etapas 1 y 2<\/strong>\u00a0(sue\u00f1o ligero; no REM): Aqu\u00ed los procesos biol\u00f3gicos en su cuerpo se vuelven m\u00e1s lentos, pero su cerebro permanece activo al comenzar el proceso de edici\u00f3n donde se toman las decisiones sobre qu\u00e9 recuerdos almacenar y cu\u00e1les descartar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span class=\"bullet\">\u2022<\/span><strong>Etapas 3 y 4<\/strong>\u00a0(sue\u00f1o profundo; no REM): es una etapa de sue\u00f1o m\u00e1s profundo, durante el cual se\u00a0llevan a cabo\u00a0procesos de limpieza y desintoxicaci\u00f3n fisiol\u00f3gicos en el cerebro.
