Que siendo dicho, aqu\u00ed tiene los beneficios de la quinoa roja, (al igual que la blanca y la amarilla):<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Buena fuente de amino\u00e1cidos. La quinoa es uno de los alimentos que contienen todos los animo\u00e1cidos esenciales que su cuerpo necesita para auto regenerarse.<\/li>\n<li>Buena fuente de magnesio, y f\u00f3sforo. Normalmente estos minerales son dif\u00edciles de obtener en la dieta.<\/li>\n<li>Buena fuente de quercitina, lo que beneficia a aquellos con alergias. La quercitina actua como un agente antiinflamatorio en el cuerpo. Tambi\u00e9n tiene propiedades antic\u00e1ncer y antioxidante.<\/li>\n<li>La quinoa provee fibras insolubles, lo que significa que el c\u00f3lon se beneficia de esto y <strong>previene el estre\u00f1imiento.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Receta con quinoa<\/h2>\n<p>La quinoa es f\u00e1cil de cocinar porque se cocina como el arroz.
