There is certainly a wave of paranoia sweeping our country. It's not paranoia about terrorism, but rather <strong>misfortune, illness, and death<\/strong>. Amid countless cases of breast cancer, West Nile virus, high cholesterol, etc., etc., we have gradually become a nation of hypochondriacs (1). Everywhere we look, a new test appears under the guise of prevention. These tests range from typical routine exams to mammograms and colonoscopies. Are these tests really designed to prevent disease? I would say \u201cno.\u201d These tests address problems only after the disease has already taken hold. A positive interaction with the patient allows doctors to treat a specific type of disease. Often, treatment involving medication or surgery is riskier than the diagnosis itself. Relax! There\u2019s a better way. As Jack LaLaine says:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201dI worry about life and health, not about illness and death.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Life is governed by natural laws. Take, for example, a plant that is wilting and turning yellow. Would you rush it to a botanist to have it diagnosed and treated for its illness? I don\u2019t think so. You\u2019d most likely check its water, soil, and sunlight. Too little or too much of any one of these factors can make a plant sick. Balance the natural laws (water, soil, sunlight), and miraculously, the plant is reborn and healed. We are no different. We\u2019re simply a more complex organism, which is why we\u2019re subject to more of nature\u2019s laws. Since we aren\u2019t animals, it seems we\u2019ve lost the natural instinct to know when and how we become out of balance.<\/p>\n<h2>First, review the laws of nature.<\/h2>\n<p>Laws of Life 90% 1)\u00a0\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=gVnHwmUD_zM\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" name=\"\">Stress\/Mental Attitude<\/a> 2)    Spinal Alignment 3)    Sleep\/Rest: Physical Laws 10% 4)    Nutrition 5)    Exercise 6)    Health 7)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0First Aid Be introspective, honest, and decisive, and analyze which law of nature is out of balance. For example, if you have back pain and are obese, spinal alignment may be one answer, but it is not the only answer. Nutrition and exercise may be the first law of nature to achieve balance, and then alignment can be maintained. Once you determine which law of nature is at fault, seek the advice of a professional who agrees with that law.<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"http:\/\/http\/\/thesecret.tv\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" name=\"\">Mental Attitude<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Psychologist, Counselor, Priest, etc. Spinal alignment \u2013 Chiropractor. Sleep\/rest \u2013 (See \u201cMental Attitude\u201d). Nutrition \u2013 Nutritionist, Dietitian, Chiropractor. Exercise \u2013 Trainer, Physical Therapist, Chiropractor.
