My name is Isabel, I'm 52 years old, and I'd like to share my first encounter with the <a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Quiropr%C3%A1ctica\" target=\"\" name=\"\">chiropractic<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For a while now, I've been feeling very tired and had been suffering from various <strong>muscle spasms<\/strong>, So, one day while talking with a coworker, she told me about her experience with chiropractic care.<\/p>\n<p>So, after hearing about her experience, I realized that my colleague had truly gone through a change, since she now seemed much more relaxed.<\/p>\n<p>From that moment on, I decided that<strong> Maybe that could be a solution<\/strong> my muscle spasms, which left me immobilized for several days, causing me tremendous pain and forcing me to take various medications\u2014something I'm very opposed to.<\/p>\n<p>I decided to try chiropractic care, since I couldn't go on living with that fear that the muscle spasm would come back at any moment.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>From then on, I started going to chiropractic sessions, and the results<strong> have been entirely positive<\/strong>, At first, I associated it with massage.
