Mataró Cervical Headache

          Hello, my name is Stefan, I am 28 years old and I live in Mataró. I wanted to share my experience with Chiropractic and how good I feel having been able to know and enjoy Chiropractic care.

I learned about it mainly through my wife; she has been going for adjustments for 4 years, and I have been going for about 3 years.

The truth is that with the pain I had in my back and in my head, I couldn’t find a solution. I always felt my cervical area very tense, and I was always taking symptomatic medication, for example: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol, etc. I also had problems with cartilage in my knee, external ligaments of my ankle, the solution was to have surgery.

When the pain appeared, it affected my mobility and it kept getting worse. Now, since I started going to the Chiropractor, I de-stress more easily; my body itself asks for a spinal adjustment, and after being adjusted, I feel a great relief. I play basketball and tennis, and I can also do sports without any problem; I feel better during training.

My whole family goes to the Chiropractic center: my wife, Filian, and Ana, my two children since they were born. I highly recommend it to improve your quality of life! Stefan.
