Corrective Reversion
Corrective Reversion is a phenomenon that can arise as part of the healing process. Many times, before the body can begin to heal, it must first retrace its steps in order to reach the point where it started to lose its normal state of health. During this backward journey, the body may emit many of the symptoms it displayed during the course of the illness. This process is normal and is called Corrective Reversion.
An Example of Corrective Reversion
Every time Pedro approaches a certain perfume, his body breaks out in rashes. While he stays away from the perfume, his body self-regulates and the rashes disappear until the next time he gets close to it; then the rashes reappear.
As can be seen, there is a pattern in Pedro’s body; Pedro’s nervous system has access to the stored information every time Pedro is near the perfume. When these signs reappear, many people treat the symptom with external remedies, without thinking about eliminating the information that causes the problem.
For the body to heal, it must travel the same path it took to reach its current state of health. During this healing process, the body reverts to its normal state of health. Corrective Reversion has occurred.
How Corrective Reversion Works
Similar to a computer, our brain and nervous system are programmed to remember and store information, associating it with the past and present. Don’t worry. Although these memories may be stored in various places in your nervous system, they can be accessed, and when activated, they can produce the same symptoms and discomfort you previously experienced.
Let’s look at Pedro’s case again. As Pedro’s body moves toward health, it is eliminating specific information that it has stored over the years. Like a computer, to delete or “throw away” the information, one must first find access to it and then eliminate it. When this information is accessed, it may happen that the same symptoms re-manifest before it is erased. Experiencing symptoms in this way is called Corrective Reversion.
When a person experiences Corrective Reversion, it does not necessarily mean they are sick again; it is the most efficient way the body expresses itself, whether experiencing Corrective Reversion or not…
CORRECTING THE CAUSE OF YOUR PROBLEM WILL LEAD YOU TO THE BEST POSSIBLE STATE OF HEALTH.
