Chiropractic Family

My name is Dolores, I am 35 years old and I live in Premià de Mar. I was experiencing severe back discomfort and tingling in my hands, which really worried me, and I didn’t know the cause.

I assumed it was due to the daily stress that we all live with, but I was still coping with the problem and not taking any medication.

I had never heard of chiropractic until one day while walking through the fair in Premià, there were two girls (assistants) doing spinal check-ups.

This intrigued me a lot, and I believed that my pain and tingling might be related to my spine. I became even more interested when they told me it was a natural way to take care of health and that it is for everyone, so I also thought of my two children. Since there are no contraindications, on the contrary, there are many benefits.

I decided, then, to call Dr. Marc’s office and request an appointment, and within a few days, I was already under chiropractic care. The tingling that bothered me disappeared very quickly, after just a few adjustments, and the pain gradually diminished.

But these were not the only changes I noticed; I also began to feel more energetic and less tired, my way of thinking and seeing things changed as well.

I used to get down often in different situations, but now that doesn’t happen to me; I see things with a different perspective, perhaps more positive.

My two children, who also get adjusted, had surprising changes. David, the oldest (4 years old), used to be prone to otitis, colds, and bronchitis; last year, he even had to use inhalers.

Now he hasn’t gotten sick again and no longer takes any medication, and the little Gerard (2 years old) is the same; he used to catch colds often, but now if he gets sick, he only feels bad for one day.

I have truly seen how the adjustments have boosted their immune system; their defenses are at their maximum performance, and that reassures me a lot. I know they will grow up strong and healthy.

I am very happy, very satisfied; I have experienced the benefits of having a nervous system functioning at its best, without interference.

My mother is also a chiropractic patient; her life has changed a lot, and today her health has improved significantly.
