I HAVE RECOVERED THE NORMALITY OF MY DAILY LIFE!

My name is Pilar and I am 68 years old.

My son lives in Germany and I visit him from time to time. On one of these trips, I was in the garden of his house and I fell, but with such bad luck that I sustained a severe injury to my vertebrae. They had to take me by ambulance to the hospital because I could hardly move.

I can turn my head, which used to always get stuck. Now I can do household chores and go shopping. I can wash the dishes normally, go up and down stairs without problems, which was becoming increasingly difficult for me.

I love cooking and had stopped doing it because I couldn’t stand for many hours; now I have returned to the kitchen and I am super happy to be able to enjoy one of my hobbies, gastronomy, once again.
