Bread Ezequiel, healthy bread

Pan Ezequiel

Ezekiel Bread

The Ezekiel bread is not an ordinary bread; it is the only healthy bread. It has a symbolic meaning that dates back to the biblical prophet Ezekiel. His mission in the kingdom of God was to bring the Jewish people back to the Lord through his revelations and warnings.

One vision of Ezekiel was a valley with dry bones where God told him to call to those bones to come to life. Once Ezekiel did this, the bones came together forming skeletons that were covered with skin, creating a vast army ready to fight for God.

The meaning of this vision was that the Jews were living in a state of death without hope, but God was ready to restore their life and spirit.

In Ezekiel 4:9, God told Ezekiel: “And you take for yourself wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentils, and millet, and spelt, and put it in a vessel, and make bread from it…” Thus, God gave the formula to renew the body. Ezekiel was told to fast by eating only that bread (Ezekiel bread).

  • The nutrients contained in Ezekiel bread

The Ezekiel bread must be prepared with sprouted ingredients, and the value of sprouted grains has been confirmed by current scientists. Sprouting breaks down the enzyme inhibitors contained in grains that interfere with the absorption of calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, and copper. If you eat grains and beans that are not sprouted, you risk poor absorption of those nutrients. This is one of the main reasons why many vegetarians generally have a zinc deficiency.

Sprouting also magnifies the total amount of vitamin B in the ingredients of Ezekiel bread, in addition to increasing the amount of vitamin C – and it does this naturally. Sprouting allows the carbohydrates in the ingredients to be easily digested. It also provides you with fiber.

The combination of the ingredients in Ezekiel bread contains all 9 essential amino acids and offers an effective protein ratio of 84.3%, quite close to the protein level found in dairy products and eggs. Frances Moore Lappé, author of 18 books, in her best-seller with over three million copies sold Diet for a Small Planet, knowing that her audience would be skeptical that a vegetarian diet could supply enough protein, dedicated a large part of the book to introducing the method of protein combining.

Be cautious with modern recipes for Ezekiel bread that do not sprout their ingredients. If you truly want to renew your health, you must sprout them. Here is a recipe so you can do the process correctly:
